There was something special that occurred in Haiti when we looked into the eyes of a 68-year-old Haitian woman, placed new frames on her face, and witnessed her experience clear sight. Until that moment, she struggled to see anything in focus that was not right in front of her. Her joy upon seeing again was just a glimpse of the power of restored sight and how it can transform a life.
